All orders within Australia, will be sent using Australia Post’s Regular Registered Parcel Service. This excludes any returns and exchanges.
For all Australian orders less than $150 a flat rate of $10AUD will be charged.
Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order, depending on what state and/or territory you live in. During sale and peak periods, there may be further delays with your order being processed.
Express Post delivery within Australia is available at an additional cost of $15AUD. Please select this delivery option at checkout. Express Post guarantees next business day delivery for all major centres in Australia, and 2 - 3 business days for some harder to reach rural areas.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your email containing your tracking number which will allow you to track the delivery of your parcel via Australia Post.
SpencerLacy dispatches all orders from our head office in Victoria, Monday to Friday. If we receive your order on a Victorian Public Holiday, it will not be processed until the following day.
If no one is at your specified shipping address when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave a card which will direct you to a local post office for collection.

Please allow an approximate delivery timeframe of 7 – 14 business days, depending on your location. When orders shipped internationally, reach your destination, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Please note: All international orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. All postage costs for returned garments are payable by the customer and will be reimbursed by SpencerLacy only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied orders.
Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. SpencerLacy will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.

We have high standards in quality control. All garments are checked prior to being dispatched. However, if you do receive faulty garments please notify us within 5 days of receiving your goods.
Faulty garments are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault has occurred within a reasonable time frame.
Please note that garments which have been damaged as a result of some wear and tear are not considered faulty.
If possible we will repair or replace faulty items; otherwise a full refund will be provided.

Using this easy-to-follow measuring guide, take your measurements in centimetres or inches our size charts allow for both metric and imperial.
Position the tape measure firmly (but not tightly) around the fullest part of your bust and over your shoulder blades at the back.
Keeping the tape measure straight and level, measure around the smallest part of your natural waist.
Measure around the fullest part of your hips approximately 20-30cm below your waist. The tape measure should be able to slide up, down and over your bottom.
